5. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

All fees and costs are payable at the time of booking or purchase. We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer as methods of payment.

5.1 Legal Services

If you cancel a scheduled Service at least 48 hours before its start time, a full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of SGD 50. You may reschedule a Service once free of charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. After the Service has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer. No credit will be issued once work has begun.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the content. To request a refund, contact us with proof of purchase. Once approved, the cost of the digital product will be reimbursed via the original payment method. After 7 days or if access exceeds 30%, no refund will be granted.

5.3 Goods

Defective or incorrect goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Returns must include the original receipt and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount via the original payment method or arrange a bank transfer if necessary.
